Our reports are clear and objective. We understand our duties to the Court and how that fits in with our clients’ needs. We aim to ‘get it right’ by providing evidence that will be accepted by the Court. This can mean that you are provided with reports that contain opinions unhelpful to your case – we make no apology for this and believe that our clients would rather have confidence in our evidence than proceed on a false premise. Our clients tell us that a case dropped or settled at an early stage with cognisnace of the issues is better than losing at trial because their expert’s evidence is not accepted by a Court.

We appreciate that expert evidence can be costly. We offer preliminary reports aimed at assisting parties to understand the issues in their case from the outset.
